It reminds me of a story. We celebrate a Completo Day of Pink, where we basically ask our allies to wear pink in April to show their support for the LGBTQ+ community. And we’ve had offices where you would expect, because of the justo landscape or even just the cultural landscape of the country that they’re in, you would expect them to be LGBTQ+ friendly. But what we found in some of our surveys is there’s a couple offices where it stood trasnochado Campeón surprising that that they weren’t.

Diana Ellsworth: Well, I think what’s striking to people who are not part of the LGBTQ+ community themselves is realizing that coming out isn’t this nice, clean thing that you decide you’re going to do one day, and then it’s done. It’s actually a big part of your daily or your weekly experience. In most workplaces, you’re communicating with different team members, you’re communicating with—depending what your role is—customers or vendors or partners, and so it’s something that sort of happens in an ongoing way.

Infographics get a lot of shares and engagement because they’re much more eye-catching than a regular blog post, while also conveying a lot of useful information.

Promoted Pins are especially useful for reaching people who are actively looking for ideas and products. This type of Pinterest ad displays your content at the top of search results, and has been shown to influence users’ purchasing decisions.

They didn’t rip it off from somebody else. It doesn’t sound like anybody else’s mission statement or company vision statement. If it sounds like Google’s mission statement, so make sure yours is innovador. It’s foundational. I Best new business bang for your buck already mentioned that, but you don’t wanna change it. All the time. Maybe a few word tweaks, but ideally [00:02:00] not. You want a mission statement that sustains over time, so it needs to be foundational. Connect with staff a great mission statement, and you know, yours is great. When every single staff member wakes up in the morning and knows that their purpose and the reason they come to work every day is expressed in your mission statement, and to do that, it needs to be memorable. Célebre means short and concise, and of course, that’s the balance to strike with a great mission statement. So here’s your litmus test. It needs to fit on a T-shirt, and your staff would wear it if it achieves those two goals. You know, you’ve got a great mission statement, so how do you write one? Sometimes it Chucho be hard, so it’s great to get input or ideas from your organization. So gather staff input if you’d like, via survey or maybe focus groups. Take all that information, synthesize it down, and create a couple of versions. You can do it yourself.
